Giving this place 1/5 stars. Placed an online order 3 weeks ago, initially had inventory then when I emailed was told watch was on backorder.. poor customer service & no communication with the customer. I paid for 2 day shipping, well after a week of waiting I had to ask for my shipping fee credited back.. emailed back multiple times with no answer of when I'd get my watch. Finally the day I called to get a refund and the watch was magically in the store, ready for shipping. Only reason I give one star because once shipped I got within a day, & the watch was as expected. Waiting three weeks when it should've been two days is unacceptable. But I recommend going somewhere else with your money, customer service should be number one and sadly it just wasn't here..
