DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS AWFUL TEAM ,This is my worst experience in this town for renting one property in my life,last year I applied for one bedroom with complete supporting document and request extra grantor and deposit cheque, after receiving approving buy this team for unit and My spoken With my landlord they call me and told me we can not give you the unit ,and I had to put my staffs in storage.
This year I tried to apply new application with four job letter and income the postponed my application , and behave impolitely, and told you are in the waiting list ,.... It is noticeable that I applied first of month and no one was in the queue...
It seems they tried this units for spacial close costumers.....they always tried to bring some accuses for rejecting.
Every one should know that when I tried to show my concerned and bad experiences With your managing,I told them I will write review for you ,they told me " to the Hill" this is the costumer service of graydon Hall and hospitality.
I tried to tell them I am a newcomer and I want to have and grow my family they didn't pay attention.
I brang FOUR JOB LETTERS, PAY STOP , WORK PERMIT, notice of accement,landlord letter, noa,.......
They didn't accept that I am newcomer and my tax income (noa), were noll , I recently I found good job with sufficient income.I told them we work 7 days a week and we have right to have home but the staff told us doesn't matter for us....
