Great customer service! I purchased 2 pairs of glasses for the price of 1. Unfortunately, I was not able to pick up both glasses at the same time. I learned this was because the 2nd pair of glasses had not passed the quality control test and was rejected. Even though it was a bit of a hassle to have to return to the store a second time to pick up my second pair of glasses, I appreciated the fact that they were doing everything they could to ensure my glasses were perfect! In addition, I like that they can charge your insurance company directly, if you bring your insurance card with you (Unfortunately, I had not done so). The only 'negative' is that it takes two weeks for your glasses to be ready - I wish it was a bit faster. Other than that - it was overall - an excellent experience and I would not hesitate recommending Laurier Optical to friends and family.
