Halil Ötkün

It’s one of the two best gelaterias in the Rome city center according to the research I’d made earlier but the portion I got for the price I paid didn’t satisfy me. They could’ve had more flavors. The place smells like history tho, the owner was too kind to us even though she wasn’t good at English :)
