I am writing to bring to your attention some ongoing electrical issues I have been experiencing in my home. Despite reaching out to your team multiple times, I have yet to find a resolution. It appears that there may be a disconnect between your team and the subcontractors responsible for addressing these issues. On several occasions, either the subcontractors fail to show up for appointments or they arrive when I am not available, subsequently marking the job as complete without actually addressing the problem. Additionally, I have noticed that your contact number has been changed, leaving online communication as the only viable option. However, responses received through this channel have been limited to automated messages, further exacerbating the situation. As a loyal customer who consistently pays bills on time and values the service your company provides, I am disappointed by the lack of attention to this matter. It is my sincere hope that we can work together to resolve these issues promptly before they escalate into more serious concerns, such as the risk of an electrical fire.
