JPS is only good when there is no problem, but recent times I have noticed their inefficiency when a problem comes. Twice within two weeks, myself and my neighbors suffered an outage from a blown fuse box. Twice has the team come out and marked the job as done, and I have to call back customer service and wait for more hours again, passing the six-hour estimated timeframe to get the outage fixed. My only regret is that I can't give 0 stars and that JPS doesn't have a real competitor.
