My son and I recently browsed the merchandise, then left without getting anything. Later, he discovered he’d lost his wallet. When we returned to Liberty Walk, every staff member went around the store to look for it. It wasn’t there, but one of the clerks, an expat American, assured us that 99% of the time, people in Japan return lost property, including wallets, to the police. He directed us to the Harajuku Police Box, which is where we found the wallet. Thank you, friendly, helpful Liberty Walk guy!
