One word: Wow. The food was exceptional (French cuisine with Japanese and partially Chinese influences). Each plate was memorable. The atmosphere is elegant and the service impeccable. It’s truly the small details (black and white napkins, depending on the color of your clothes; leather stitched tables, a “Thank You” bag and a menu in an envelope with a wax seal). Chef Daniel Calvert truly deserves the 2 Michelin Stars and I’m sure is heading for his 3rd. Good luck!
