We bought 4 pairs of sneakers in this store.
Being on a trip, we realized (after only half a day wearing them) that one of them had a defect (the stitching was badly done, causing a hole in the shoe).
Being in Kyoto that day, we went to the Atmos store in Kyoto, which refused to take back and exchange the product, as it had not been sold by their store! His only solution was to go back to Tokyo... very bad customer experience and no manager to answer our request.
