I was walking through the airport, killing time at 5:15AM. I was eyeing the Starbucks mugs for sale. They don't open until 6 am. There was a gentleman there, prepping the store for opening. I asked him a question about the mugs (if there were other locations available). Before the store opening, he went out of his way to search his inventory and even opened up boxes to look for what was available. He then turned on his register so I could purchase the mugs. This dude went above and beyond... for one customer.
I wish I had caught his name. Respect 🙏

Some coworkers and I enjoyed having a break in here. They open at 6am, but let us in well before that. There wasn't food available until 6, but they put out some pastries earlier than opening time. There were a few assortment of drinks, and they made us espresso. Very friendly. Yes, the bathrooms are outside the lounge, but the lounge itself isn't located right next to the gates with a lot of traffic. It's downstairs, away from the crowd. It might not be glamorous, but it was way better than trying to get rest in the normal waiting areas next to the gate.
