One of my fav parks in the UK so far

Unfortunately, my visit this time didn't go well!! I booked a table on New Year’s Eve for coffee and went on time (5:00 pm) but the receptionist said we couldn't order a coffee since they were preparing for the celebration and they're fully booked!! We accepted that and had to order food then coffee and dessert. To let you know the restaurant was empty except for 2 or 3 tables the staff kept annoying us the whole time asking us to leave early because of the celebration and kept cleaning and preparing the decorations and using the vacuum the whole time!! It's nye which is something we all know is coming 365 days before and not a surprise, like they couldn't simply call us and cancel the reservation or at least they prepared the rest that morning when no customers around? The visit was full of agony and the staff were rude where they kept nagging as we were eating for free???
