Went here because my family wanted to treat me to a steak dinner. This is a new restaurant and we wanted to try it. When our food arrived we were instantly disappointed. My steak was supposed to be 350g. It was smaller than my wife's piece of 200g salmon, and had the texture of a piece of cardboard. My wife's salmon was supposed to be served with grilled vegetables. She got a salad.
My mother ordered a spinach salad which had not a single leaf of spinach in it. It was basically the same salad which was served with the steak and salmon but with some dry chicken and fruit tossed in. My father ordered a potato dish that was supposed to have some sort of wine reduction sauce. He got a dry baked potato, with no sauce.
Every single dish we ordered was not prepared the way the menu described. Substitutions were made without consulting us first. The food had no flavor and was dry. Half the menu was unavailable because they had no shrimp or vegetables (hence the salad substitute). The poor waitress is trying to explain the situation because the chef refused to speak with us. Their attempt to fix the situation was a 20% discount off the meal.
As we were leaving the owner arrived and explained that he had just arrived back from a two week trip to the United States. He took our contact information and said he would try and make it up to us. That was a week ago. We haven't heard anything. Don't go to this place. Not only is the food not good, they don't care that it's not good.
They won't last the summer.
