Thank you for wasting 30+ minute of my time. I was waiting at the counter to register myself, while the auntie was just grumpily walking around doing god knows what,simply ignoring me. It took me a few knock on the glass for her to grumpily said 'what?'. My throat was in pain so I just wave my ic and she took it to register,and I told her ill be using HealthMetric and she angrily said we dont have - while there are Healthmetric logo right on their wall.
Again,my throat was painful enough that i just said ok noting that im ok to pay myself.

She then go to the computer and roughly clicking and pressing the keyboard for a few minutes of which i assume she register me in but nope, instead she pass me my ic and said i dont know, healthmetric, cannot,no record. Eh suddenly got healthmetric.

At that point i feel like being there is making me sicker,so i walk out to the next clinic, of which despite having to wait for a while, at least they registered me in and found my record in healthmetric in less than 2min.

Seriously, i cant understand why the clinic management can let this happen here as my experience with their other branch (Poliklinik Bandar Kuala Lumpur) has been nothing but lovely and helpful. I would have just go there if i was not already around pudu just now.

Awful,really really awful.
