I can’t speak highly enough about Vicki and her magic.
I am an ancient wreck whose family physician did not think I needed to lose weight. I have gained one pound for every one of the 20 years I have been retired. I could not locate a dietitian who would take me on. I located Vicki via the internet. She had very good reviews.
I took the 10 weeks course, and I am delighted with the results. I have lost those 20 pounds gained during retirement! Vicki has taught me about eating well. I could not do it on my own.
