I am utterly disgusted and appalled by the treatment I received at the wax bar, Van Barlestraat on the (9/11). I have been a loyal customer for nearly five years, recommending your services to numerous friends, but after the horrendous encounter I had with your wax lady/receptionist, I am seriously reconsidering my loyalty.
I arrived at the salon just 5 minutes late for my appointment which I had called before to let them know that I would be late, only to be greeted by a full of attitude/rude wax lady/receptionist who clearly had no regard for customer service. Her rudeness was beyond belief, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, she immediately gave me an ultimatum, offering me only the option of a bikini wax rather than the Brazilian wax I had scheduled because her next client was in "5 minutes" which was shocking to me because how can you schedule an appointment 5 min after the next?
Her lack of empathy and unwillingness to accommodate a minor delay was shocking. As someone who has trusted your establishment for years, I expected a more understanding and respectful approach. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning the standards of your business.
Not only after this incident I sent an email to the business and STILL NO RESPONSE! Disgusting!!!!
