Just purchased a click and collect Rhino Pioneer Platform and Backbone system from Oliver and the team at Racks N Tracks.
On arrival to pick up my order, Oliver asked how I was going to get the platform home as it wouldn’t fit in my car. Silly me thought it came unassembled and would fit in the car.
Not a problem. Oliver decided that my place was on his way home and offered to drop it to my place, an offer I couldn’t refuse. He then spent a good 15 mins discussing the best installation techniques with me.
Outstanding customer service and I will definitely be back to purchase more accessories. Cheers legends
