The staff helping choose the glasses are kind and helpful, there is a lot of nice glasses to choose from. However, the optician was quite abrupt during the exam and rushed even though I had booked an appointment not just dropped in. I'm pretty sure he got my prescription completely wrong as I have not been able to wear my glasses without bad vision and green and red colouring on letters. After paying a significant amount for 2 pairs I am very disappointed.
