We are quite picky with Chinese restaurants, especially high end ones, and this place definitely hit the spot! We were actually on our way to another highly rated Chinese restaurant in Amsterdam and the vibe of FuLu drew us in. We got the duck, Chinese spinach, steamed fish, and each dish was quite legit. Full of flavor, can taste the quality! Service is fast, and despite them warning us the fish will take awhile, it actually arrived faster than we anticipated. The only con as an American is you have to pay for tap water which is common for European restaurants, but at least the tipping culture isn’t out of control like USA restaurants.
