Totally disgusting and zero customer service the rudeness with the customer is on top, ( already done once from this shop by my mechanic’s recommendation) i went 2nd time for alignment with 2 front new tyres and the old ones at the rear but the lady said need to change the rears ones too to fix the alignment( so i did as per her saying).after alignment, I driven the car to check the alignment about 2-3 kms with the new tyres. Still didn’t fix( steering going to right direction and tyres going to left which was not a problem)she made it worse , then i went back to Bridgestone otahuhu and trying to explain the situation, the lady owner started shouting on me and told me leave the premises or she’ll trespass me. I spent 280$ to change the tyres as per she said but couldn’t help and end up with steering problems. She was started abusing me and started giving more excuses that the car is very old,, has been driven 200k and didn’t listen to me. I recommend Bridgestone to take its franchisee back from this lady, she doesn’t deserve it and i need the money whatever i spent on tyres and alignment.
