My meal was served piping hot, and the Dining room has excellent service. Started with a Charlie Chaplin cocktail followed by caviar appetiser chilled, with very warm freshly made blinis, a side of creme fraiche and Housemade white chocolate, exceptional flavor combinations. With guidance I finally ordered some comfort food, Weiner Schnitzel with the Zimt rotkohl and gruyere potato gratin cake, accompanied by cranberry sauce and a really nice and steaming hot cream based sauce. The best part of my meal was the exceptional care and conversation I had with restaurant staff and hotel greeters by the door. Lovely folks. I will definitely return here when I'm back in town.
