The cable car ticket also included this museum, so make sure which options are available when and where you buy your ticket. I am not a fan of war, weapons and everything that is included in the context, but I can certainly appreciate a very well put together museum with a good collection, and this was the case.

We had the dégustation menu in six expériences. Unfortunately, all dishes were pretty much forgettable, the flavours were bland, the textures uneventful, there was no excitement at all. I kept forgetting what the previous dish had been. Every dish was announced by a female staff in the most blasé and tedious way. The staff really needs more excitement, specially the girl with glasses. We had to keep asking for more bread or butter, even though the staff walked past several times and saw what we were missing. The cheese dish is just miserable to say the least! The orange-y dessert is one of the worst I have ever had. Bitter, not well achieved, juxtaposition of boring tasteless flavours.
The only reason I am not leaving 3 stars is because I don't want to ruin the average of the restaurant.

Beautiful and imposing Cathedral. From afar we see it zooming above the old city skyline. The facade is gorgeous and highly detailed architecture wise. The inside is peaceful and sober and features many paintings by Rubens. The stained glasses are marvellous. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the neighbourhood.

As a shopping mall it is rather small and doesn't have too many shopping options. As a building it is very, very pretty. The walls and ceilings are beautifully golden and detailed and definitely is worth a visit just to admire its architectural beauty.

A nice place in Ortaköy square to enjoy a tasty treat!
