I LOVE THIS CENTRE❤
I have lived here for over a year. It's not a perfect place ( where is?) as life living in a community can be very challenging but it's a perfect training ground for learning to develop a happier and peaceful mind.
In my opinion the resident teacher, Mike Garside is a perfect example. His quiet, humble, relaxed and unassuming manner gives space for his students to be themselves and to discover their inner strengths. We simply love Mike. I have never met another person with such redeeming qualities and I am so fortunate to be living in the same place and receiving his teachers and blessings.
In just a short time my life has changed immeasurably for the better and I rejoice in this EVERY day and count my blessings.
I thank him for his kindness and pure example.
