Disappointment Complaint Letter due to ER Nurse for Poor and impolite service.

I have been an employee of Qualimed Sta. Rosa prior pandemic until 2020.

I had my 1st major surgery last 2020, and my most recent surgery last April 2024. All members of the Team are all nice, mannered and compassionate.

Hence, last night, we had to rushed my aunt to ER, staff nurse (old employees) are still welcoming and nice. But there's this one Nurse that stood out due to her rude and absurd attitude. She is a morena nurse wearing a dark blue scrub suit. I asked her politely the billing process and she answered it with an ATTITUDE. "Sir kakausapin ka ng billing sa phone, kausapin mo sir". How unmannered.

I went to billing to discuss the bill for discharge. After my cousin settled the bill as instructed by the billing personnel, we follow.

We go back to ER and informed the Nurse and also ask for assistance to remove the heplock. I asked her again politely if what's the next process. And she answered "Nagbayad na kayo Sir? Bakit hindi niyo sinabi sakin, dapat kasama ako"

Wherein she did not gave any instructions in the first place. She's too busy talking with her colleagues with the face mask down (the whole time).

Furthermore, I decided to let it slide. It's 10PM already, I asked politely again to that unmannered nurse what's the status of our discharge papers since the bill has been settled and she answered "pa wait lang" where in fact, the doctor said that all results are good and READY TO GO.

We waited for an hour after settling the bill. And when I asked her again at 10:48PM for the discharge status, she said "ay discharge na kayo, hindi ko nasabi? I stayed quiet and ask for the prescription and other medical docs. (which are ALL READY but she kept us waiting intentionally).

When she hand me over those, she then repeated what she said "discharge na kayo, hindi ko nasabi? Sinabi ko yon sayo" which SHE DID NOT MENTION. + her rude behavior, unmannered.
She did not assisted my aunt after that.

I will surely cascade this incident of disappointment across MAXICARE HEALTH Services and to our other affiliates.

That unmannered nurse should be reprimanded.
