Tried here for the first time, the process is you order and pay first before you get seated in the counter surrounding the kitchen.
We ordered miso ramen, shoyu ramen, tokusei tsukemen, and gyoza. Ramen is rich as expected so it can get heavy as you eat. Our favorite is the tsukemen. Since you get to dip the noodles, you can control how rich the taste you want to be. Gyoza also tastes very good.
There’s usually a line on peak hours so better go on a different time. Service is great, they offered to take us a photo and they kept refilling our water. Overall good food and experience, would try other menu items in the future.
