I am very surprised by the low ratings, I do not understand them. And this is coming from somebody who gives a lot of bad reviews.
The all-female staff is professional, kind, helpful, and lovely. Not judgmental and offer a lot of great thorough important services.
Yes sometimes it takes some time to be seen for your appointment, but it is a well-run, important, and let's realistic probably underfunded and underpaid clinic so people should stop complaining.

I was part of the second class that did the sap to syrup class and I cannot recommend it enough. The experience is so fun and and the staff are just lovely. Definitely worth your money and to top it off you get to take home your personalized maple syrup bottle that you bottle yourself. A must do.
