Buzzing atmosphere on a Friday night. Their Monkey Shoulder whiskey is great - very smooth.
Food option seems to be pizza ordered via QR code, delivered to table.

This is a small building with a lot of items and information & commentary, so allow a few hours.
After the entry fee, the guided tour is free, as is the audio tour (on your phone, wifi provided). Ask about the tour when you buy your ticket because you need to have a little blue token to give the guide, as spaces are limited.
There is also a lot of written information in both Swedish and English, so it’s possible to see everything without a tour, but the tours (which have different content) add anecdotes and other information.
The food in the bistro is delicious.
There are not many toilets, so be prepared to wait, although not for very long.

Lovely place to stop for a bite. Pleasant, calm atmosphere. Fascinating to eat next to Queen Victoria’s train carriage, & to go inside her (authentically rebuilt) Waiting Room.
