The building and grounds are severely outdated. It requires deep cleaning and modernization. Where it is a large facility the dated and desperately in need of a cleaning backdrop takes away from what could be a majestic event land.

They never respond to anyone.

The place is poorly managed and the bookkeeper explained that she is the end-all-be-all. She makes every business decision due to the owner having no ability to make one.

The office sits inside another firm and has no true backbone staff. Everyone is to be on-call 24/7 for the bookkeeper.

This makes me nervous when a bookkeeper makes all the decisions.
