We came to aryas chettainad to have our dinner with a hope to have a good food looking at the reviews. But we were totally disappointed by the way they treated us ..we ordered chicken briyani first the waiter told he Wants to check if the briyani is available then he came with an answer that it was tr nd we ordered 2 chicken briyani..to be true enough the briyani taste was good but not even a piece was tr Inside briyani when we told him he was like let me check then he never returned back..it would have been better if they have informed us early tat oly kuska was available..
Then we were given bill charging full price of briyani when we told the cashier oly kuska was provided he never regreted anything instead his statement "rendu tikka piece kudetherekalam nu "to waiter nd send the waiter inside nd cut the conversation ..my question to the management is are we coimg to eat at free of cost ..we pay for wat we eat ..the way the cashier treated us so unmanned .it was disheartening that the management didnot acknowledge the issue or offer any form of apology for the inconvenience caused.
I cannot recommend this restaurant for anyone based on my experience for the way we were treated coupled with unmanned response from the management refects poor commitment to the customers.
