I recently dined at this KFC location on 25th July 2024. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I accidentally left my wallet on the table when I went to wash my hands, and when I returned, it had been stolen. The store did not have CCTV cameras, which made it impossible to identify the thief. Additionally, the customer service was extremely poor and the lighting in the store was very dim. This experience was very upsetting, and I hope the management will take steps to improve security and customer service in the future.
