They seem to have very little consideration regarding their clients time or convenience. I have spent a lot of time on the phone trying to make contact. After finally getting an appointment I am now trying to make a cancellation (I got good help elsewhere) but hours of trying gets me no more than a recording to call back. Do I just do a "no show?" Their business model does not seem very client centered judging from the very first contact step - the telephone.
