I have emailed Councillor Palacio on several occasions and not once did I get a response. I am terribly disappointed by an elected official who does not care to reply to his constituents. He will definitely not be getting my vote or family's vote, I have also made sure to tell my neighbours and friends who live in Ward 17 not to vote for him. When you decided to become a public servant you'd better be there for people when they have problems.
