We reserved skis in early January to collect at the start of our holiday in mid Feb.
We queued up for an hour whilst the shop as was quite busy although the stock looked minimal. As we got to be served, we were told told they have no skis for our party of 4, the only skis were for children. We showed our reservation details and were advised their system has allowed for a lot of reservations over actual stock!
Terrible service, they told us to go to their sister shop in a neighbouring resort…. We went to inter sport round the corner who were so friendly and helpful.
Avoid booking at this shop. They don’t care and if you have a reservation for this season, make sure you have a plan B as likely no skis!
