It's a good place i like the ambiance i dont like the service of the 2 guys attending my orders. The one guy in the counter arrogant dealing me and even taking my orders. And i wish to use the Aura points and got errored he didn't even find way to fix it. And he stop talking to me to take my orders and he entertained the customer next to me even i am not yet done. Secondly i asked politely what is available refreshments and he pointed in the menu translight and i tried to order the Java chips and saying not available ( in a not in a good way manner) and next i tried to ask what's your best offer or you can suggest nearest to java chips and he pointed again the translight he's lazy to suggest what he can offer during that time. And so disrespectful!
Next I've waited in the other side of the counter because i ordered 2 white mocha and 1 dulce de leche. When i was to get it because they called. And when i took it. I ask politey if they can put cream and said yes. I thought it's free because i asked them if i need to add money about it and answered no need. So when i took it again because they called me the 2 order no cream and just the deleche had.its confusing about how the approach the customer actually and the arrogant one.. So i was calm and i paid additional for the 2 cream for 2 drinks and i waited again. Even telling me just sit down! Wait for your order! there sir! and wait for it. But in a arrogant way/manner.
Please do improve your customer service how to attend the clients in proper way. The appetite of the individual will get lost if they're acting always like that and the mood of the customer will get annoyed wanting to be relaxed and chill to dine in a good ambiance but that's what we encountered.
