Fine dining without being too pretentious or too bougy. Loved that the staff just wore normal clothes and loved their service.
The cocktail ”FOAMA” is a must. DON’T mess this up, do not leave this place without trying this beautiful red cocktail.
The Salmon tartar is a must. The fried hasselback potatoe was a little bit overrated for my taste. It was good but nothing surprising compared to other dishes. It was rock hard when I ordered it and maybe it was fried too hard or maybe it is a preference from my side. Anyways..
I had the shrimp sandwich, ribeye and white asparagus. The white asparagus and shrimp sandwich were 10/10. I think the ribeye could do well without the mustard seeds.
For the dessert I recommend the fried donut.
