Awesome little restaurant where you can taste the extent of Japanese fermentation. We had a very tasteful lunch, full of new flavors! You need to be prepared for strong taste, but then it's a real pleasure. And don't hesitate to try the natto, once with their home sauce, it's delicious (it was our first time, and passed the initial surprise, we loved it!). It is mostly vegetarian, which is even better!
