Surroundings are more beautiful than this gate because they have maintained their heritage very well. The historical old city starts from this gate and the route takes you to a very beautiful sea side park. It's a huge park with panoramic views of sea and the city. But it is an expensive place so be careful. I parked my car for three hours fir 400 Liras, which is four times the usual cost. Rest of the merchandise in shops were very expensive. These Turks are clean beautiful a d organized but they are also very greedy and a bit heartless. I hope some of them may be better.
