I ordered via Wolt and we got a little suprise. A black hair or whatever that is on one sushi roll. Anyway, it didn't seem like it belongs there. I contacted Wolt support and they contacted the restaurant. The restaurant said that it's impossible for their food to have a hair and they will not compensate anything. The restaurant's reaction is funny because I didn't even ask for the compensation in the first place. I simply asked to explain what's that. If it's a part of the food? I guess they're just used to complaints and assume that everyone just wants a refund.
