Very poor service . I have been registered with this surgery for the past 10 years and used to have a friendly receptionists and they always helped out and listened.
Now the reception is not friendly at all and not helpful. They don’t even try to hear us out . They don’t try to understand our issues and speak only theirs .
Have a vague time frame to speak speak to a GP not to see them . Very rude the receptionist . Not happy at all and I will be moving my registration
