In short form, I would fully described this place.
Magnificent. Well worth the price paid. Excellent food and ambience. Impeccable service and world class dining experience.
It’s a wonder why this place is only a 2 stars Michelin fine diner. It should be a 3 star and if not today, it’s going to be in due time.
From the dining place, you get a full view of MBS and the light show several times over as you dine throughout the night.
If you are offered the option add-on, go for it. The Marron I had was super springy and delicious. It’s a one in lifetime taste. Emmanuel’s concept is all about circles and exquisite cutleries. I love his collection of knives and I marvel at his thoughtful display of ingredients around the dishes.
