The costumer service is 0. First I gave them the photo to engrave it on the crystal, he told me it was too difficult for him to remove the background of the building that I wanted to engrave ,because it had a lot of details he made waist my time in searching of the other photo, after I gave other photo with no details at all with just a blue sky behind, he asked to add more 25 aed to remove back ground. What the hell! Seriously, my colleague had it worked without the computer in her phone, how difficult is it for a person who works in your store to work with photoshop, he asked for money thinking that I would refuse it. I will never ever so anything with guys unless you change your stuff with skillfull ones. I'm still standing here right now, waiting for him after I asked him to remove the background, guess what he is still dieing on it, but no result, 30 minute of waiting !!!!!!
