I like Copper Branch in general, and this location is no exception. The menu is extensive with so many options for everything you may feel like eating - wraps, sandwiches, soups, bowls, smoothies, numerous desserts, etc. The cheesecake was the best I ever tried!
The staff are incredible. They are all friendly and very helpful, definitely above average. Kudos to the management for picking the right people. Staff are the ones who make a big difference. Given the amount of competition the food alone will not keep customers coming back.
I really enjoyed coming to this location while on travel in Ottawa. I highly recommend it. Just wish they opened earlier. In Montreal all CB open at 8am.

Great, very helpful and friendly staff. The convenience is outstanding.
But it's pretty noisy, even at night. Sometimes there's construction going on at night and it certainly can be heard and felt. The upper floors probably don't get all that noise though.
Also, they put up emergency lights around my apartment and it's bright as day during the night, which affects the quality of sleep.
Basically, if you want to enjoy your apartment, live on higher floors.
