I'm writing to let you know about a frustrating experience I had at your store. When I needed help, the staff ignored me and kept assisting other customers. I stood at the cashier ready to pay for about 10 minutes, and no one acknowledged me.
Just kept looking at me and continued to assist costumers that were older.
When I finally asked for help, I was told they couldn’t assist me and then I was ignored again. This was really frustrating and unprofessional. The clothes in your store are fine, but the customer service deserves a -10.
I hope you can address this issue so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.
