The customer service is horrible,there are some guys that are nice and also a blond girl that works there that is very nice,but the other ones are rude,they talk to the customers like if they are there to do you a favour,the girl from today didn't wanted to give me the coffee in my own cup cause was not from ah,are you kidding me!?!?!?! I go there every day with the same cup and nobody ever make a problem out of it!!! You should care a bit more about the customer service being a big company
