You don't have to buy tickets. But you need to get a ticket at the ticket window. It is free to go to the observation deck. It is a beautiful view! And the building has a magical construction, almost like going to Ebcot Center in Disney. Fun.

This is a very nice mall that I did not get to fully explore. Lots of flower stalls. Clothing. Jewelry. Wide range of pricing. The bookstore is lovely with books for every age and many interests. They carry books in English as well as German. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to go back.
