Regus is a horrible company to work with and this location is a good example of everything that is wrong with this company. The office was ice cold (it was a cold day in Florida). We arrived around 9:30 am and once we realized the sweaters we were wearing were not going to keep us warm in the building, we ask the front desk if they could turn up the heat. It never happened, by the end of the day it was still in the lower 60s in the space. The chairs are cheap and hard to sit in and its very loud in the space .. bring your headphones if you need to get any work done.
But aside from how horrible the workspace was, our office staff of 5 had billing issues with our new accounts and Regus is one of those companies that absolutely will not let you talk to a person if you have a billing problem. You must open a 'ticket' in their system. So I did, and 'Wong' just said he would not help and closed the ticket.
So, terrible place to work and even worse company for customer service. Stay away is my best advise.
