I called to inquire about the marriage license, but my experience with this bureau was terrible. I believe the person in charge was Meibol Rodriguez, the rudest government official I've ever encountered. She couldn't understand what I was trying to explain due to her lack of English proficiency. I understood what she was saying and tried to explain what I meant, but she wouldn't listen and kept talking by herself. She ended up being frustrated by herself with an attitude and just hung up the phone.
