The Royal Windsor: Chilly welcome, zero service. Left without eating like peasants, fled like knights. Windsor Castle views can't fix cold shoulders. Maybe the food would’ve been good but never made it to that.
This place is an embarrassment for anyone who is Ethiopian or Eritrean. Terrible customer service. The ambiance is way less than desirable. It is true that they seem to not want any business. The only reason to go here is if it’s the closest Ethiopian food and for a quick fix. The food quality is edible at the best.
