Two night stay here. Hotel was decent and clean. Location was okay, but the trqin station construction makes it hard to walk from station to hotel. Warmly greeted as entering the hotel. Joseph was extremely helpful and kind. Check in was smooth. Upgrade to the executive chic qrong was nice, but I didn't notice much difference between rhe executive and the standard room. Room was relatively clean upon entry. Beds were comfortable and glad there was a desk in the room. The lack of outlets with usbs was a letdown. Was surprised not to receive shower caps or the dental kit, though those were options via the app. Breakfast was nice and filling. Chose the room service breakfast and food served hot and not a long wait time. Hotel prices were reasonable.

Don't think I'll be back. Okay experience. Food was decent. Service was good. However, expensive for what I got, only to leave just as hungry as when I arrived. Too many restaurants to choose from to return here.

Food was okay. Customer service was okay. Atmosphere was okay. Overall, visit was okay. Nothing special, nothing terrible. This wasn't my first choice, but it fit my time schedule. I would eat here again and try a different entry.

Overall, nice 2-day stay. Customer service was excellent. Room had noticeable wear and tear, but nothing unexpected. Only negative was carpet. Carpet showed its age and was really stain. Bed was okay for a nice sleep. The blackout curtains were needed during summertime. Breakfast was magnificent. Tasty and filling with many choices.

Overall, very nice meal. Atmosphere wasn't too my liking. The Fish Soup was hearty, flavorful and filling. The fish & chips was not too flavorful, but it was edible. Next time, I'll still with the fish soup. Customer service was decent and staff were helpful.
