A brilliant small, packed & fascinating museum. Well worth a visit.
Note. It's hidden on a back road - NOT on the main shopping street.
It's how I remember museums being in the past, when passionate people create something for others to learn from and enjoy. Not a big corporate place but somewhere where the owners love what they do. It has clearly taken a long time and effort to put all these exhibits together from all over the planet and it's very enjoyable.
A nice little shop too, if you want to buy fossils or mineral speicmens from pocket money prices upwards.
The owners are really lovely people and clearly care about their customers experience.

If you like Art Deco surroundings and delicious food, this is the place to go. We like a plant based diet and often struggle to find restaurants that have a good menu. I was amazed the choice of dishes on the menu and quality of food was very good indeed. Service was top notch too. Best vegan burger I've eaten in a long time. The dishes the rest of our party ate looked highly edible too. Well done Cosy Club.
Really happy with our first visit here. My daughter and I came here for a swim after being let down at another venue for our usual lesson.
The place is very clean and hygienic, the staff are good and for six pounds, including parking, we were impressed all round.
Just be prepared for a 'general' changing area with cubicles instead of separate mens and women's rooms. 20p non-refundable charge for a locker.

A zoo. Very busy & obviously popular for local families. The children loved the various apparatus and had a great time. Food was ok though you have to pick the right time to queue otherwise you could be there for a long time.
Toilets & facilities are basic & parking is ample.

A great little cafe with delicious cakes & a good range of food for adults and children. The cafe does take cards & toilets are right next to it for public access. At peak times (mainly weekends & school holidays) you may struggle to get a seat, particularly if you are a group of 5+ as the pics show.
Dogs are not allowed in the farm area but are allowed in the cafe and surrounding area.
