Very helpful and friendly staff. I really like there is a lego table in the children's area.

❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 We went to see the renovated children's area! But it looked very messy when we went there today. The chairs, the stools and the 2 sofas were all over the place. The books on the shelves and in the bookcases were also not tidy. And looked very empty. I wish people were more respectful.

It's nice though that the area is tucked away at the back. Love the colourful children's chairs and the sensory nook.

There is a plethora of books and staff is always happy to help! Lots of activities during the week for everyone. I am grateful for having this vital service in Burntwood

Not very clean, especially in the hard to reach areas, behind the soft play, which they are supposed to cleaned too when they say they deep clean every month. Feels crammed as a space

We will not visit anytime soon... Actually I might visit in about a year to see if there is any improvement.

Visited today and it smelled. The type of smell that you have when you are in a bathroom that you haven't aired properly and is damb. There is no good ventilation. I started coughing after a while. They really need to do something about it!

I wish they had more people at the cafe shop, because it takes ages to order and it takes them ages to bring your order to the table.
